Introduce a friend or family member to skiing or snowboarding at Pico Mountain. When they book an eligible Learn to Ski or Ride package, you’ll receive one free one-day lift ticket to use on the same day.
How It Works
- Book an eligible Learn to Ski or Ride package for a first-time skier or snowboarder age 7 or older.
- Reserve online at least 48 hours in advance.
- Enjoy one free one-day lift ticket while they learn.
For multi-day programs, the free lift ticket is valid on the first day only. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Adult Learn to Ski/Ride Package Details
Available: Saturday- Sunday and daily during peak* periods
*2026/27 Peak Dates: December 25, 2026 – January 3, 2027; January 16–18, 2027; February 13–15, 2027
Ability: First-timers only
Meeting Location: Slopeside of the Pico base lodge area
Lesson Times: choose from either the 9:45 a.m. or 12:45 p.m. lesson. (lessons are 2 hours and do not include lunch)

Youth Learn to Ski/Ride Package Details
Available: Saturday- Sunday and daily during peak* periods
*2026/27 Peak Dates: December 25, 2026 – January 3, 2027; January 16–18, 2027; February 13–15, 2027
Ability: First-timers only
Meeting Location: Slopeside of the Pico base lodge area
Lesson Duration: Full Day 9:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (includes lunch)

Free Lift Ticket Details
- Includes one free one-day lift ticket for the accompanying skier or rider.
- The ticket is assigned when the Learn to Ski or Ride package is purchased.
- The free ticket must be used on the same day as the lesson.
- For multi-day programs, the ticket is valid on the first day only.
- Online reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
