P-Ticket Vouchers & P-Days Passes

1. Log in to your account. Click your name and photo in the top right and select Vouchers from the drop-down menu. It will say “Sign In” if you haven’t logged in yet.
2. On the Vouchers page, click Redeem next to the voucher.
3. A confirmation window will appear verifying your voucher is valid. Click Redeem Voucher,
4. On the next screen, click Add to Cart. Activating multiple? Return to Vouchers tab and repeat.
5. Click Checkout and follow the prompts to finalize activating the tickets.
6. After checkout, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent. Scan the QR code at the outdoor ticket kiosk on arrival, located on your left as you head toward the base lodge through the main outdoor entranceway, or go straight to the lift if the ticket is loaded onto an existing One Pass RFID Card.

Important Information: During the redemption/assignment of a P-Ticket Voucher, you will choose to reload an existing One Pass RFID card or purchase a new One Pass RFID card to be picked up from a kiosk. Once a K-Ticket Voucher is redeemed/assigned to a person/One Pass RFID card, it may only be used by that person and cannot be transferred to someone else.

4. The recipient will follow the link, add the voucher to their cart, and complete checkout.
5. The Vouchers page now includes a voucher history tracker, showing when a voucher was shared and when it was redeemed. You can view this information anytime on the Vouchers page.

IMPORTANT: Once shared and redeemed, the voucher can only be used by that person and cannot be transferred again.

Yes. After purchasing, go to your Vouchers page, select Email next to the voucher, enter the recipient’s email address, and select Send. They’ll receive a link to redeem it to their own One Pass RFID card.

Yes. P-Ticket Vouchers are valid every day of the 2026/27 winter season with no blackout dates.

Yes. All P-Ticket Vouchers and P-Days Passes must be used during the 2026/27 winter season. They cannot be carried over, credited, or extended — no exceptions, including for injuries or illness.

No. P-Ticket Vouchers cannot be re-sold, canceled, returned, or extended. If you need cancellation flexibility, date-specific lift tickets are covered under Pico’s lift ticket cancellation policy.

It depends on the product. P-Ticket Vouchers are transferable — you can share or gift them to anyone via your online account. P-Days Passes are non-transferable and assigned to one person at time of purchase.

No. P-Days Passes cannot be upgraded to a season pass.

We updated P-Ticket offerings based on user feedback about the two-step friction of buying a voucher and then redeeming it before arrival. Our data showed that most P-Ticket buyers already know who will use the days at purchase time, so P-Days Passes let them skip the redemption step entirely. P-Ticket Vouchers remain available for anyone buying ahead to share or gift to others.
