This program uses the terrain at Pico as our playground with a focus on safety, fun, building confidence and gaining new skills. Mountaineers are ready to get the most out of the mountain, and this program does just that. Designed for participants that have skied or snowboarded before. Please arrive 15 minutes before your lesson start time to pick up your lift ticket, or 30 minutes before if you also need rental equipment.
Lunch is included with the Mountaineers program. Please notify us at registration time and lesson check-in if your child has any dietary restrictions. We are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, kosher and gluten free options. Please be aware that all of our foods are made in a common kitchen, and cross contamination is a possibility. We encourage families to bring their own meals if they have specific dietary restrictions or needs outside of vegetarian requests.
